Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's licence, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
3.4 Account Approval. 77pluss reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval, and 77pluss may apply additional eligibility checks at its sole discretion.
3.5 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Any changes to your name, address, contact number, or payment details must be communicated to 77pluss through the designated account management channels and may require re-verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77pluss login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
4.2 You must notify 77pluss immediately via our support contact if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account balance or transaction history.
4.3 77pluss will not be liable for any losses, including loss of funds, arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are compromised but before you have notified 77pluss is your responsibility.
4.4 77pluss recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other platforms or services.
4.5 77pluss reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where it reasonably suspects that the account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, or where unusual activity patterns suggest a security risk, pending investigation.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. 77pluss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks. Supported payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 77pluss account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 77pluss is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or network interruptions.
